TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E83 OF 2025
By Michael Aduwo Sombe, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benjamin Sombe Obongo, who died on 8th May, 2016.
CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2026
By (1) George Odhiambo Odeyo and (2) David Ouma Odeyo, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Odeyo Okoth, who died on 26th April, 2008.
CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2026
By (1) Patricia Auma Ondiegi and (2) Andrew Odhiambo Ondiegi, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Walter Ondieki Masiko alias Walter Ondiegi Masiko, who died on 10th September, 1992.
CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2026
By Penina Adhiambo Otura, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Otura Okumu alias Poul Otura Okuku, who died on 18th November, 2001.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
