TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2026
By (1) Wycliff Munialo Wakhisi and (2) Moses Wakhisi Kaita, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agastino Wakhisi Munialo alias Wakhisi Wabwoba, who died at Kakamega Provincial General Hospital in Kenya, on 9th August, 1985.
CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2026
By (1) Penina Makokha Onyango and (2) Daniel Njebwe Muhuyi, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Muhuyi Wanjofu, who died at District Hospital, Webuye in Kenya, on 7th February, 2003.
CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2026
By Benard Benson Okwara, of P.O. Box 569, Webuye in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Okwara Mukhwana, who died at St. Lukes Hospital in Kenya, on 29th January, 2018.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
