By James Omusolo Omonya Okojo, of P.O. Box 11, Amagoro in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eliakim Omonya Okojo, who died at Kakoli, on 16th August, 2007.
CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2026
By Caroline Wanjiku, of P.O. Box 115, Kamuriia in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucy Njoki Mbugua, who died at Teso North Sub- county Hospital in Kenya, on 17th October, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2026
By Bonface Anyiko Ajuma, of P.O. Box 171, Amukura in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pascal Ajuma Murio alias Pascal Obukui Murio, who died at Akobwait Sub- location, on 5th April, 1991.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
