TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2026
By Matilda Vusemi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Kinyili Musembi alias Thomas K. Musembi alias Thomas Musembi, who died at Taveta Hospital in Kenya, on 24th September, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2026
By Mary Nduti Makamla, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Makamula Mawuzu alias Wilfred Makamula Mavuthu, who died at Taveta Hospital in Kenya, on 10th February, 1993.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
