TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2025
By (1) John Kipelian Ikayo, (2) Peter Somoire and (3) Simon Ntawaswa Ikayo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ikayo Kaleku Naishoruankai alias Ikayo Kaleku Naishoruanki alias Ikayo Kalekui, who died at L.S.CH, on 14th June, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2026
By Supet ole Panian, of P.O. Box 81- 00209, Loitokitok in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Namonyak ene Panian, who died at Kimana Sub- location, on 23rd September, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
