TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E197 OF 2023
By Esther Owendi Ndadi, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfred Katsemba Alubale, who died at Ebunangwe Sub- location, on 4th January, 1979.
CAUSE NO. E285 OF 2025
By Ruth Anindo Oware, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrea Okila alias Okila Andrea, who died on 16th December, 1995.
CAUSE NO. E447 OF 2025
By Wycliffe Amutabi Dishon, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Masinde Etole, who died at Ebusiekwe Sub- location, on 8th July, 1996.
CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2026
By Maryniziano Ngnyere Kisanya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Anzeze Agengo, who died at Chambiti Sub- location, on 17th June, 1991.
CAUSE NO. E127 OF 2026
By (1) Barnabas Sewe Sande, (2) Daniel Omutelema Musuta and (3) Andoli Anyanzwa Faith, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Will Rajab Omukunda alias Willie Omukunda, who died at Ebukanga Sub- location, on 14th May, 2004.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
