PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E165 OF 2025
By (1) Simon Irungu Waweru and (2) Thomas Githae Kamau, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Waweru Nyaga alias Francis Waweru Nyaga, who died at Maragua, on 11th February, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E247 OF 2025
By (1) Ceciliah Mbithe Kyuvi and (2) Catherine Mutheu Kyuvi, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Veronica Mueni Mbindu, who died at Coast General Hospital in Kenya, on 15th February, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
