TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2026
By (1) Felix Chimwenga Ndoro and (2) Bertha Mkambie Chimwenga, both of P.O. Box 86042- 80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widower and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leonidah Harriet Wanzau, who died at Mombasa Hospital in Kenya, on 14th January, 2026.
CAUSE NO. E50 OF 2026
By Amalkumar Pratap Motichand Shah, of P.O. Box 95228- 80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pratap Motichand Shah alias Pratap Motichand Raichand Shah, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 29th November, 1997.
CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2026
By Deepak Kunverji Maaji, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yogesh Kunverji Patel, who died at Mvita, on 10th November, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
