TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. 503 OF 2025
By (1) Fredrick Onguro Onjoro and (2) Stephen Khachuenu Onjoro, both of P.O. Box 2313- 40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eridah Onyango Onjoro, who died at Mudika Sub-location, on 27th October, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E53 OF 2026
By Bonface Odhiambo Sewe, of P.O. Box 210, Butula in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sewe Owichi, who died at Tingolo Sub-location, on 15th November, 1992.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
