TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E290 OF 2026
By Martin Mabia, of P.O. Box 669, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Diana Makongo alias Mary Diana Lusui Makong’o alias Marydiana Lusui Makong’o, who died at Gitothua, on 28th June, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E329 OF 2026
By (1) Clementina Ayuma Mukuba and (2) Basikali Liboyi Makwata, both of P.O. Box 661, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Mukuba Amunga alias Omukuba Amunga alias Paul Mukhuba Amunga, who died at Ingotse, on 3rd June, 1990.
CAUSE NO. E354 OF 2026
By Vincent Mukhono, of P.O. Box 1471, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alphonce Mukhono Shimalande alias Alfonce Mukhono, who died at Shimanyiro, on 25th July, 1990.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
