CAUSE NO. E250 OF 2025
By (1) Agnes Wanza Mutiso and (2) Monicah Nduta Ngungu, both of P.O. Box 11703, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Ndungu Karumbo, who died at Muchatha, on 26th July, 2025.

By (1) Elizabeth Wambui Kinyanjui and (2) Henry Ndungu Mungai, both of P.O. Box 28642-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and uncle, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gideon Kogi Ngugi, who died at Kiambu Hospital in Kenya, on 6th November, 2022.

By (1) Tabitha Wambui Kiarii and (2) Joseph Kariuki Ndungu, both of P.O. Box 71-00221, Matathia in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanjiru Ndungu, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 24th January, 2006.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
