TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E164 OF 2025
By Jane Muthoni Mburu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Veronica Nyambura Mburu, who died at St. Matia Mulumba Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd May, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2026
By Freest Jakaranda Saralegui Harries, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pamela Gail Harries Saralegui, who died at General Collado Villalba Hospital, on 20th February, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
