intestate to the estate of Ruth Njoki Maina, who died at Mercylite

administration intestate to the estate of David Kinuthia Mwaura, who
died at Mwembelegeza, on 21st August, 2024.

By (1) Nyagaki Gitonga Gichuru, (2) Eric Njau, (3) Walter
Kabogo Macharia and (4) Sharon Njeri Macharia, all of P.O. Box
16880–00620, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Macharia Kabogo alias David
Macharia Kabogo, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching Referral
and Research Hospital in Kenya, on 19th May, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
