TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E295 OF 2025
By Agatha Murning Gikonyo, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Francis Kanyi Ngunjiri, who died at Consolata Hospital in Kenya, on 27th February, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2026
By John Gitonga Kariuki, of P.O. Box 236-10100, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Philip Kariuki Mathai alias Kariuki Gathii, who died at Kirurumi, Ichagachiru, on 4th November, 1988.
CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2026
By (1) Veronicah Waturi Ndaruga and (2) Emily Njeri Ndaruga, both of P.O. Box 32, Naromoru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of John Ndaruga Ndambo, who died at Kabendera, on 19th March, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
