By Julius Thuu Mungai, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mungai Kinu thia, who died at M.C.R.H., on 27th March, 1993.
CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2026
By Julius Nganga Mwangi, of P.O. Box 7-10200, Murang’a in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Kamuiu alias Kamuru Mwangi, who died at Githuri, on 14th June, 1989.
CAUSE NO. E133 OF 2026
By Kisiah Wanjiku Thige, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thige Wachira, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 19th July, 1996.
CAUSE NO. E134 OF 2026
By (1) Stephen Gatara Njuguna and (2) Peter Nyingi Thuku, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thuku Stephen Gatara alias Thuku s/o Stephen Gatara “B” alias Thuku Stephen Gatara “A”, who died at P.C.E.A. Tumutumu, on 5th November, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
