CAUSE NO. E113 OF 2026
By (1) Sara Njeri Ngari and (2) Daniel Mbogo Kariuki, both of P.O. Box 92, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased’s granddaughter and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamaru Kaguchui, who died at Kangai, on 28th February, 2015.

By Purity Wanja Mwaniik, of P.O. Box 126, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Harum Mwaniik Marigi, who died at A.C.K. Mt. Kenya Hospital in Kenya, on 7th May, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E117 OF 2026
By Jonathan Njoroge Karanja, of P.O. Box 34428-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josephine Wanjiku Maina alias Josphine Wanjiku Maina, who died at Kilimani, on 14th September, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
