By (1) James Gathogo Mungere and (2) Gladys Wangu Mungere, both of P.O. Box 481-10400, Nanyuki in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kigua Mungere Kihoti, who died at Outspan Hospital in Kenya, on 8th March, 2017.
CAUSE NO. E174 OF 2025
By Jospath Nioroge Njenga, of P.O. Box 580-10400, Nanyuki in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Njenga Njuguna, who died at Matanya, on 16th January, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
