PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E78 OF 2025
By (1) Jonah Kiprop Kwambai and (2) Isaac Cheruiyot Kirop, both
both of P.O. Box 4102–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Joel Kirop Yano, who died at
Kachibora, on 2nd September, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E79 OF 2025
By (1) Bently Shialo and (2) Josephine Irene Ngina Masai, both of
P.O. Box 759–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Enoch Shialo Kuyika alias
Shialo Enock Kuyika, who died at Biribiriet, Trans Nzoia, on 13th
November, 2010.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
