PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. 103 OF 2025
By (1) Samson Ngugi Mahara and (2) Kariuki Kamau, both of P.O. Box 87-20305, Wanjohi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezekiah Ngugi Kahumbi, who died at Wanjohi, on 1st December, 2015.
CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2026
By (1) Wilson Kinyanjui Kamau and (2) Elizabeth Wanjiru Kiongo, both of P.O. Box 16, Kinamba in Kenya, the deceased’s beneficiaries, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Wanjiru Mwangi, who died at Kiriko, on 8th July, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
