TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E78 OF 2026
By Benson Njeru Muthitu, of P.O. Box 80-60400, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leticia Kawira Kanga, who died at Meru Jordan Hospital in Kenya, on 7th November, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E82 OF 2026
By Benson Mukundi Rugia, of P.O. Box 363, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Rugia Ntenderu, who died at Mutino Sub-location, on 4th March, 2000.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
