CAUSE NO. E340 OF 2024
By (1) Stanley Rombora Ibere and (2) Thuranira Peter Ibere, both of P.O. Box 44251-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Ibere M’Ndegwa alias Daudi M’Ibere, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 16th May, 2002.

By Jeremiah Kinga Ikaio, of P.O. Box 790-60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Ikaio M’Nala, who died at Muguruika, Kiamwitari, on 14th January, 2012.

By (1) Justus Muriungi M’Mburugu and (2) Agnes Nkuene Marate, both of P.O. Box 33, Timau in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Mburugu M’Marete, who died at Meru General Hospital in Kenya, on 12th July, 2019.

By Douglas Kaberia Kararu and (2) Zephania Muriuki Kararu, both of P.O. Box 3343-60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Kararu M’Ikiba, who died at Kithithina, on 15th November, 2013.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
