TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E87 OF 2026
By Ann Mumbua Musyoka of P.O. Box 28-90300, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Adrew Musyoka Musembi, who died on 2nd November, 2008.
CAUSE NO. E109 OF 2026
By Agather Wandoe Musau, of P.O. Box 169-90300, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mumbui Kutu Katumo alias Mumbui Kutu Katumo, who died on 19th June, 2013.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
