TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E636 OF 2025
By Kenedy Odhiambo Abade, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Abade alias Abade Ang’ado alias Ambade Ang’ado, who died at Kakelo Kakoth Village, on 4th August, 2000.
CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2026
By Susan Robi Waigai, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robert Waigai Mwita, who died at Nyamaharaga, on 22nd December, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2026
By Ooko Bunde Jeconiah, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Bunde Aloo, who died at Karapolo Sub-location, on 29th September, 2005.
CAUSE NO. E141 OF 2026
By Elida Adhiambo Odero, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Odero Jakoyo, who died on 30th December, 2019.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
