TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E129 OF 2026
By (1) Cailles Atieno Okindo and (2) Regnarter Achieng Okindo, both of P.O. Box 1, Rangwe in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Onyango Mbuyi, who died on 7th June, 1997.
CAUSE NO. E130 OF 2026
By (1) Cailles Atieno Okindo and (2) Regnarter Achieng Okindo, both of P.O. Box 1, Rangwe in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Donald Okindo Mbuii alias Elias Mbuyi Owidhi alias Elisha Okindo Mbuyi, who died on 20th December, 2002.

By Jacob Ochieng Omondi, of P.O. Box 98, Rodi Kopany in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tom Ombogo, who died on 27th December, 2000.

By Salmon Okoth Obwana, of P.O. Box 501, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Obwana Aluoch, who died on 26th August, 2003.

By Everlyne Adhiambo Agutu, of P.O. Box 453, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezira Guti Sudhe alias Ezra Guti Sudhe, who died on 25th February, 2011.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
