By Daniel Kiprotich Laboso, of P.O. Box 90, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Butany arap Chepkwony, who died at Goitab, Silibwet, on 15th May, 1984.
CAUSE NO. E199 OF 2025
By (1) Erick Kirui, (2) Samwel K. Kirui and (3) Sarah C. Kirui, all of P.O. Box 11, Silibwet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Kipkirui Rop, who died at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on 25th February, 2019.
CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2026
By Daniel Kipsiele A. Bor, of P.O. Box 59, Longisa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tapsabei w/o arap Koitim, who died at Ndubai, on 24th September, 1988.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
