TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E169 OF 2025
By Paulina Mwango Nyang’au, of P.O. Box 331-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Batheleo Nyang’au Onchari, who died at Nyaura, on 30th March, 1979.
CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2026
By (1) Okwoyo Joseph Chrisantus and (2) Kennedy Michira Nyakundi, both of P.O. Box 590, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jenesio Ochoki Maiso, who died on 7th January, 1997.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
