TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E456 OF 2023
By Edwin Odhiambo Omondi, of P.O. Box 210, Butula in Kenya,
the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to
the estate of Ernest Omondi Mujoka, who died at Bulwani Sublocation,
on 8th August, 2019.
CAUSE NO. E201 OF 2025
By (1) Emily Achieng Ajiambo and (2) Namfuta Miriam Mukabi,
both of P.O. Box 50867–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s
daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate
of Matilida Wandera Ojiambo, who died at Tanaka Nursing Homa, on
29th July, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E396 OF 2025
By Francisca Anyango Okecho, of P.O. Box 275, Busia in Kenya,
the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate
to the estate of Joseph Egesa Okiya alias Joseph Okiya, who died at
Luliba Sub-location, on 17th November, 1999.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
