TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2026
By Nicholas Nyaga Muga, of P.O. Box 50, Ishira in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Frendrick Muga Thigari alias Muga Thigari, who died at Ngura Sub-location, on 22nd June, 1999.

By James Ndwiga Njue, of P.O. Box 104, Ishira in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njue Ndwiga, who died at Ndenderu Sub-location, on 30th September, 2023.

By Jeremiah Ngari Njamwe, of P.O. Box 104, Iriaitune in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njamwe Kihuguria, who died at Iriaitune Sub-location, on 30th September, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2026
By Njagi Njiru, of P.O. Box 197, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njiru Ndungate Ngombe alias Njiru Ndungathe, who died at Marembo, on 31st October, 1991.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
