TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2026
By Felesia Omusinzi Olunga, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okanga Olunga Daniel, who died on 19th January, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2026
By Francis Misiko Okumu, of P.O. Box 794-50102, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacktone Okumu Misiko alias Jackton Okumu, who died on 12th April, 2005.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
