TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E52 OF 2025
By Kevin Ouma Awuor, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicolas Awuor Olanda alias Nicholas Awuor Olanda, who died on 8th March, 2019.
CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2026
By Maurice Agwanda Olilo, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Odero Olilo alias Adero Olilo, who died at Nyalunya Sub-location, on 10th August, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2026
By Martin Owino Were, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Were Oriewo alias Were Oriewo, who died at Chiga, Kisumu East, on 6th September, 2009.
CAUSE NO. E101 OF 2026
By (1) Daniel Omondi Odero and (2) Alex Otieno Odero, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vitalis Odero Ofuwa, who died at Ligega, on 21st December, 1997.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
