TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E278 OF 2025
By Nancy Okoth Okiya, of P.O. Box 811-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Antone Onyango Opere, who died on 16th October, 2013.
CAUSE NO. E308 OF 2025
By Clementina Atieno Ogada, of P.O. Box 49, Rabour in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathews Ogada Didi, who died on 10th April, 2002.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
