TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E436 OF 2025
By George Owira Hongo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pitalis Hongo Ochieng alias Vitalis Hongo Ochieng, who died at Bar “B” Sub-location, on 12th January, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E560 OF 2025
By John Otieno Masore, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patricia Owiti Masore alias Patrisia Owiti Ogwela, who died at Katuk, Osiri, on 22nd November, 2007.
CAUSE NO. E578 OF 2025
By Rose Anyona Obura, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gilbert Obura Obiayo alias Gilbert Obura, who died at west Karateng, on 18th August, 2001.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
