TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E143 OF 2024
By Odymah Oguntu Otieno, of P.O. Box 536, Oyuqis in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucas Otieno Oguntu, who died at Matata Hospital in Kenya, on 8th October, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E696 OF 2024
By Joseph Otieno Okelo, of P.O. Box 84, Kendu Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okello Mireri alias Okelo Mireri, who died at North Kamenya Sub-location, on 6th March, 1919.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
