By John Mwangi Gitimu, of P.O. Box 230-10101, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakaria Munene Nguri alias Munene s/o Nguri, who died at Ngandu, on 7th August, 1986.
CAUSE NO. E75 OF 2026
By Ideene Wangari Karanja, of P.O. Box 99-10101, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mukua Chiura, who died at Sagana, on 14th January, 2026.
CAUSE NO. E78 OF 2026
By (1) Francis Muriuki Rigathu and (2) Banadate Wanjira Ngatia, both of P.O. Box 177-10101, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kotingsath Olegasth alias Rigathi Thindu, who died at Ngandu, Rititi, Nyeri, on 10th December, 1986.
CAUSE NO. E81 OF 2026
By Lee Mwiti Mugambi, of P.O. Box 599-10101, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresa Igoki Mugambi, who died on 16th October, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
