PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E107 OF 2025
By (1) Geoffrey Chuiri Nganga and (2) Peter Murigi Mathai, both of P.O. Box 236-20303, Ol Kalou in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rucia Wangui Nganga alias Rucia Wangui Ng’ang’a, who died at Malewa, on 23rd August, 1997.
CAUSE NO. E114 OF 2025
By (1) Raphael Mwangi Nganga and (2) Lorine Wambui Nganga, both of P.O. Box 236-20303, Ol Kalou in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Nganga Ndungu, who died at Ndemi, on 1st May, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
