By Rosemary Nyathira Wanjukira, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Gitiha Wanjukira, who
died at Thika Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 20th September, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E134 OF 2025
By (1) Leah Wanjiru Gathi, (2) Emily Njeri Gathi, (3) Nicholas
Wanyaga Gathi and (4) Jane Wairimu Gathi, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wanjiku Mburu, who
died at Vineyard Hospital in Kenya, on 10th April, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E152 OF 2025
By Andrew Ngurimu Wango, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Lawrence Wango Ngurimu
alias Lawrence Wango, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on
16th March, 2025.

By (1) Tekal Njeri Macharia and (2) Victor Macharia Mathenge,
for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Louis
Mathenge Macharia, who died at Witeithie, on 13th December, 2011.

By (1) Nicholas Muturi Njiru and (2) Esther Muthoni Njiru, for a
grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Faith Wanja
Namuh, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 19th September,
2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
