TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E409 OF 2025
By Yves Claude Marmion, of Paris 9th Arrondissement (75009), 27, Rue Milton, petition for the resealing of a grant of probate of the last will issued by the Judicial Court of First Instance, Family Department of Miniors’ Guardianship, on 10th October, 2024 to the estate of Ada Marmion, late of Lamu, who died there on 31st May, 2024.

By (1) Chandulal Gordhandas Jadavi and (2) Heman Chandulal Jadavji, both of P.O. Box 46202-00100, Nairobi in Kenya the executors named in the deceased’s last will, through Mohammed & Samnakay, advocates, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Daya Chandulal Jadavji, late of Muguga Green, Westlands, who died at M.P. Shah Hospital in Kenya, on 4th March, 2025.

By (1) Ruth Nthambi Mbatha, of P.O. Box 15328-00509, Nairobi in Kenya and (2) Moses Nzioka Mbatha, the executrix and executor named in the deceased’s last will, through Shikwe Nyagah Al-Harazi & Co., advocates, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Elizabeth Mbatha Benard alias Elizabeth Mbatha Bernard alias Elizabeth Nzisa Mbatha alias Elizabeth N. Mbatha alias Elizabeth Nzisa Sia alias Beth Benard Stephen Nguli alias Elizabeth M. B., late of Nairobi, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 5th October, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E148 OF 2026
By (1) Margaret Muhonja Mukili and (2) David Adembesa Mukili, both of P.O. Box 17643-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, through Lesinko Njoroge & Gathogo, advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mabel Vugutsa Mukili, late of Hamisi, who died at Gimomoi Sub-location, on 19th May, 2018.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
