CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2026
By (1) Samuel Kipwese Bore, (2) Changkwoy arap Keduiywo and (3) Joseph Chirchir, all of P.O. Box 26, Longisa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkorir arap Ngecher, who died at Kiplobotwa, on 14th August, 1991.

By (1) Chebet Makerer and (2) Norah Chepngetch Magerer, both of P.O. Box 363, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chepkwony arap Tarno, who died at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on 4th October, 2023.

By Kirui Richard Kimutai, of P.O. Box 305, Sotik in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkurui A. Bii alias Kipkurui arap Bii, who died at Sironet, Kamungei, on 21st November, 2001.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
