PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2026
By (1) James Gitundu Kairo, (2) Alex Kairo Gitundu and (3) Lulu Wanjiku Gitundu, all of P.O. Box 60-80404, Ukunda in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Caroline Wanjiru, who died at Gazi, on 30th December, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
