TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2026
By Siiamira Siabibri Ilussein Kutbuilin alias Siiamira Siabibri K. Kassamali and (2) Siiamina Shiraz Amirali alias Siiamina Abdulliusssein K. Kassamali, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Siiiraz Amirali Janoo alias Shiraz Ilussein Amirali Janoo, who died at Mombasa Hospital in Kenya, on 9th August, 2014.
CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2026
By (1) Robert Odhiambo Abuoga and (2) Shanivel Awino Odhiambo, both of P.O. Box 89038-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Susan Akinyi Oluoch, who died at Majaoni, on 1st May, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
