TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2025
By Annacieta Ndinda Musyoki, of P.O. Box 618–60100, Embu in Kenya, the executrix named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Solomon Mule Mbovu, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 25th July, 2019.
CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2026
By Margaret Egandu Botta, of P.O. Box 14343–00800, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maggiorino Andrew Botta alias Maggiorino Adrew Botta, who died at Aga Khan University Hospital in Kenya, on 17th April, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
