TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. 109 OF 2011
By Francis Nzuki Mutia, of P.O. Box 1–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s father, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonathan Mutia Nguli, who died at Kitui, on 24th June, 2008.
CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2025
By (1) Vincent Mwaniki Mwengi, (2) Zipporah Kavengi Mwengi and (3) Rose Mbithe Nzive, all of P.O. Box 1–90205, Kabati in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Justus Mwengi Nzelu alias Mwengi Nzelu, who died at Kitui, on 10th February, 2000.
CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2025
By (1) Esther Kasyoki and (2) John Nguni, both of P.O. Box 106314–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robert Mulinga Nguni, who died at Nguutani, on 25th October, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
