PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2025
By (1) Henry Njoroge Gathecha and (2) Lucy Wairimu Njoroge,
for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Veronica Nyanjugu Njoroge, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya,
on 16th June, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E94 OF 2025
By (1) Elijah Mwituria Kabuthi and (2) Alice Wangari Kabuthi,
for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Margaret Wanja Kabuthi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in
Kenya, on 4th February, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
