TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E219 OF 2025
By (1) Florence Wambui Mwangi and (2) Lilian Wanjiku Mwangi,
both of P.O. Box 1144–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s
widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mwangi Njoroge, who
died at Nyahururu Private, on 3rd May, 2015.
CAUSE NO. E220 OF 2025
By Rosemary Wambui Marugu, of P.O. Box 2003–20300,
Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Peterson Douglas Irungu
Mwangi, who died at Solio, on 8th May, 2021.

By Dishon Muriuki Kabuga, of P.O. Box 195–20306, Ndaragwa in
Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Jane Wanjiru Kabuga, who died at Kariki Sublocation,
on 15th September, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E222 OF 2025
By Dishon Muriuki Kabuga, of P.O. Box 195–20306, Ndaragwa in
Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Naftali Kabuga Koine, who died at Kariki
Sub-location, on 24th May, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
