TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E436 OF 2024
By Adolina Akinyi Makokha, of P.O. Box 210, Butula in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Arnoli Mukhoma Odongo alias Mukhoma Odongo, who died at Bumala B Sub-location, on 26th October, 1996.
CAUSE NO. E97 OF 2026
By James Wafula Alatsu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hannington Wafula Alachi alias Hannington Wafula Alatsu, who died at Mabunge Sub-location, on 10th July, 2010.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
