By Humphrey Mwangi Waititu, of P.O. Box 89-10200, Murang’a in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muthoni Waititu, who died at Nyakihai, on 3rd April, 2003.
CAUSE NO. E580 OF 2025
By David Irungu Wanjiru, of P.O. Box 14, Kangema in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Frashiah Wanjiru Irungu, who died at Muriranjas Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd February, 2020.

By (1) Peter Mwangi Kamau and (2) Evan Mwangi Kamau, both of P.O. Box 306-01000, Thika in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Kamau Kariundu alias Samson Kamau Kiriundu alias Kamau Kiriundu alias Samson Kamau K., who died at Kenyatta University Teaching Research and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 11th February, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E66 OF 2026
By (1) Selina Wamaitha Warui and (2) Elizabeth Nduta Njuguna, both of P.O. Box 7, Murang’a in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Wanjiru Nyuguna, who died at Muigai Inn Sub-location, on 2nd April, 2019.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
