TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E289 OF 2024
By Mary Njeri Wang’ombe, of P.O. Box 871, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isabell Nyagicuhi Mucemi alias Isabel Nyagicuhi Muchemi, who died at Mungethe, on 19th June, 2001.
CAUSE NO. 92 OF 2025
By David Njoroge Mbuthia, of P.O. Box 567-20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Mbuthia Kogu, who died at Riverside, on 3rd October, 2021.
The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
