By (1) Titus Wasula Luyaka and (2) Esther Nechesa Luyaka, the
deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Saul Lukaya Wasula alias Luyaka
Wasula, who died at Samitsi Sub-location, on 22nd September, 1999
CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2025
By (1) Dalton Musina Anene and (2) George Omito Muluka, both
of P.O. Box 508–50100, Kakamega in Kenya, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Titus Falcao Anene, late of
Mumias East, who died on 8th February, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E363 OF 2025
By (1) Isihaka Chebukwa Masten and (2) Suleiman Malaha
Masteni, both of P.O. Box 254, Kakamega in Kenya, for a grant of
letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ibrahim Mukhavila
alias ibrahim Masitini Makabila, who died at Sivilie Sub-location, on
3rd January, 2008.
CAUSE NO. E474 OF 2025
By James Angulu Ashira, of P.O. Box 44, Yala in Kenya, for a
grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aseka
Shitote, who died at Emalindi, on 3rd January, 2000.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
