By (1) Christine Mwendwa Mathiu and (2) Grace Kagendo Muthamia, both of P.O. Box 21694-01100, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Muthamia Kiambati, who died at Ruiri, on 2nd May, 2024.

By Samwel Muriiki M’Narica, of P.O. Box 1280-60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tarichia Amburuguia alias Tharichia Amburuguia, who died at Kambiti, on 19th August, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
