CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2026
By Rosila Karemu Nguli, of P.O. Box 105, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Ngoli Njokia alias Nguri Njoka, who died at Kamutiria Sub-location, on 3rd February, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E71 OF 2026
By Eliphas Mugambi Njagi, of P.O. Box 301-60401, Chogoria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dedan Njagi M’Mugambi alias Njagi Mugambi, who died at Mt. Elgon Hospital in Kenya, on 24th April, 2010.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
